Jiska van den Hoek

Jiska van den Hoek currently serves as the Directeur-bestuurder at Versa Welzijn since May 2024 and has been a member of the supervisory board at Stichting Biezonderwijs since February 2019. Previously, Jiska held several leadership roles at Zorgbelang Nederland and Zorgbelang Brabant | Zeeland, focusing on patient perspectives and engagement within healthcare. From September 2006 to March 2018, Jiska worked at GGZ Nederland as Afdelingsmanager Financiering en Arbeidszaken, overseeing policy development and representing the organization in national forums. Jiska’s early career included roles as a policy researcher, program leader, and research consultant, contributing to studies on employee satisfaction and organizational development. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Groningen and various leadership training courses.
