Kasia Grzelkowski

Kasia Grzelkowski is the President and CEO of VersAbility Resources, a nonprofit serving over 1,700 people with disabilities in early childhood, residential, day support, and employment programs that include nationwide federal contracting and manufacturing for diverse industries. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Cornell University. Kasia is the Treasurer of Greater Peninsula Now and a former Chair of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the AbilityOne CEO Roundtable, RVA –Hampton Roads Collaborative, Academies of Hampton Steering Committee, and serves on the Boards of the Hampton Roads Chamber, the Hampton Roads Workforce Council, and vaACCSES. She is participating in Lead Virginia and is an alumna of the CIVIC Leadership Institute and LEAD Peninsula. Kasia has received an Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and been recognized as a Woman of Distinction and member of the Hampton Roads Power List.
