Weronika Zelazna has had a varied career since 2013. Weronika began as a Trainee at BISON-BIAL S.A., where they designed CAD models for plastic boxes for precise metal parts. Weronika then moved to ZEISS Industrial Metrology as a Trainee, where they designed measurement processes and compared results of different parts. In 2017, they became a Software Updater at Dahua Technology Co. LTD. In 2018, they became a Software Vendor/Software Engineer at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and a Robot Programmer at Volkswagen AG and MAN Truck & Bus SE. In 2019, they also became a Taxi Driver at Uber. In 2020, they became a Robotic Grinding Applications Specialist at Saint-Gobain Surface Solutions, where they managed and developed business based on project management methodologies. Finally, in 2022 they became an Export Manager at VersaBox.

Weronika Zelazna obtained their Bachelor's degree in mechatronics from the Military University of Technology in 2015. Weronika then went on to pursue a Master's degree in photonics at the same institution, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, in May 2019 they obtained the ABB VAAS irc5 certification from Volkswagen Global.
