Scott Wells, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott most recently worked as the National Director of Customer Service at VersaCold Logistics Services since 2017. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, they were the Manager of Customer Care at Metrolinx. In 2012, Scott briefly worked as the Senior Manager of Client Results at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc.

Before that, Scott had an extensive career at Direct Energy, where they held various managerial roles. Scott was the Manager of Call Centre and Customer Service Operations from 2009 to 2012. Scott also served as the Manager of Sales Performance Interface from 2008 to 2009, Manager of Customer Retention and Renewals from 2006 to 2008, Manager of Sales Support from 2005 to 2006, and Manager of Canadian Operations - Customer Care from 2002 to 2005.

Scott also gained experience as a Manager of Call Centre Operations at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) from 1998 to 2000. Finally, they served as the Supervisor of Station Operations at Counterforce Corporation from 1996 to 1998.

Scott Wells, MBA, has a strong education background in business administration. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University, and also completed a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Management (PBDM) from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Concordia University.
