Belmar Guarin is an accomplished telecommunications manager with extensive experience in project management, network operations, and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Telecoms Project/Construction/Integration at Versacom LP since December 2018, Belmar oversees the implementation of 5G, LTE, and 3G projects for major clients including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, alongside expertise in Ericsson and Nokia Radio Access Network systems. Prior roles include leading the Radio Access Network Operations & Implementations at PTI Pacifica Inc. and acting as an Engineer for Saudi Aramco, focusing on communications and instrumentation controls. A strong foundation in telecommunications was established through various engineering positions at Ooredoo Qatar, NSN, and Saudi Oger Ltd. Belmar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University.
