Tavis Agnew

Tavis Agnew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tavis started their career as a Records Technician at TAB in 2003 and later moved up to roles such as Consulting Services Team, Sr. Project Manager, Manager of Project Services, and Solutions Development Manager.

In 2013, Tavis joined Pembina Pipeline Corporation as a Sr. Analyst in Enterprise Content Management and then became the Lead of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in 2015. During their time at Pembina, they focused on developing and executing strategic solutions for critical business problems, as well as establishing an ECM vision based on delivering end-user value.

In 2016, Tavis co-founded Freehold Brewing Co., where they served as the Chief Market Officer. Tavis played a pivotal role in bolstering the western identity of Alberta brewing and empowering the history and growth of the province.

Most recently, Tavis worked at VersaFile (An RKO Company) as a Managing Consultant and later became the Manager of Business Enablement in 2019. In this role, they partnered with a top-tier national insurance company to improve business outcomes within their customer-centric processes. Tavis was responsible for designing, building, and implementing a cross-business work-management system using Intelligent Automation frameworks.

Throughout their career, Tavis has demonstrated expertise in business analysis, project management, and strategic problem-solving. Tavis has a strong focus on delivering value and driving positive outcomes for organizations.

Tavis Agnew's education history includes a variety of qualifications. In 2001 to 2003, Tavis attended the University of Prince Edward Island, but the degree obtained is not specified. Following that, in 2012 to 2013, Tavis pursued a CRM Candidate certification at the Institute of Certified Records Managers. Then, in 2016 to 2017, Tavis successfully completed the Certified Cicerone program at the Cicerone Certification Program.

Additionally, Tavis Agnew obtained the IBM Garage Essentials certification from IBM in July 2021, adding to their list of qualifications.
