Paula Paw began their career in 2014 as a Market Intern at Key Insights, a data analytics consulting firm. In 2015, they joined VersaFleet, where they held the roles of Co-CEO, Supply Chain Strategist, Last-mile Strategist, and Last Mile Solution Specialist.

Paula Paw completed their Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore in 2015. Paula had previously attended Anglo-Chinese School (International), Singapore from 2009 to 2010 for their High School studies.
