Esha Shah

Esha Shah has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Esha began their career as a Director of Pledge Education at Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, where they instructed a class of 20 pledges and maintained a professional and engaging environment. Esha then worked as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor at Everwood Day Camp, teaching swimming and water safety skills to children and ensuring a safe environment.

Esha also worked as a Research Assistant at the Boston University Twin Project, where they coded behavior from recorded videos to analyze child-parent interactions. Esha showcased professionalism and collaboration within a research team. Esha then served as a Vice President of Pledging at Alpha Kappa Psi, where they developed and implemented a program to educate pledges and foster teamwork.

Esha has also held positions at The ERISA Industry Committee as a Policy Intern, where they supported senior executives in research and drafting memoranda on healthcare and retirement policy issues. At Capital Group | American Funds, they worked as an Investment Operations Summer Associate, generating reports, analyzing data, and participating in online courses to enhance their financial knowledge.

Esha'smost recent position was at Capco, where they held multiple roles, including Consultant and Associate. As a Consultant, they led the implementation of an IT Asset & Configuration Management Adherence Model and strategized the implementation of a Concentration Account identification project. Esha collaborated with senior managers, conducted training sessions, and performed UAT testing. As an Associate, they facilitated tailored trainings and demonstrated process improvements.

Esha's most recent position is as an Operations Analyst at Versana, starting in 2022.

Esha Shah completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The George Washington University from 2015 to 2019. During their time there, they also pursued minors in Public Health and Business Administration. In 2018, they participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore. Prior to their university studies, they obtained a High School Diploma from Sharon High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Esha Shah obtained a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) from ACAMS in April 2021.
