Matti Cone is a Senior Engineering Manager at Versant Media since August 2025, previously serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at NBCUniversal from May 2022 to August 2025, where leadership of multiple distributed engineering teams focused on cloud-native software solutions for the content portfolio was a primary responsibility. Prior to NBCUniversal, Matti was Chief Technology Officer at FILMPAC and held various positions, including DevOps Engineer and Full Stack Engineer at Cambia Health Solutions. Early career experience includes roles as Full Stack Engineer and Software Developer In Test at CBT Nuggets, along with engineering positions in the US Navy, culminating as Nuclear Facilities Manager. Matti earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon and completed specialized training at the Navy Dive and Salvage Training Command and Navy Nuclear Power Training Command.
