Larissa Africa, MBA, BSN, RN, FAAN, has an extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Larissa is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Versant Healthcare Competency Solutions, a position they assumed in February 2022. Before their current role, they held the position of President at Versant Healthcare Competency Solutions from July 2014 to February 2022, and prior to that, they were the Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer from December 2009 to July 2014. Additionally, Larissa served as the Assistant Vice-President at Versant Healthcare Competency Solutions from February 2010 to June 2011 and as the Sr. Director Performance and Outcomes from May 2004 to February 2010.
