Doug Hathaway

Doug Hathaway's work experience includes serving as the CTO and Co-Founder at DadeSystems from 2015 to 2022, where they grew the engineering team, led product transitions, and secured wins with Fortune 500 companies and top banks. Prior to that, Doug was the VP of Engineering at DadeSystems from 2011 to 2015, where they added new payment automation features and expanded the platform's reach. Doug also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 2006 to 2011, leading software customization and testing for a UK-based pilot training contract. Currently, Doug is the VP of Engineering at Versapay, where they are responsible for overseeing the "Cash Application" team and ensuring the smooth integration of the DadeSystems engineering team and platform.

Doug Hathaway completed their education in computer science at the University of Central Florida. From 2001 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science, and later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the same field from 2005 to 2007.
