Carolina Martinez

Carolina Martinez has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Carolina began their career at Gemplus, where they held various roles including Customer Service Manager and Sales Operations & Planning Manager Americas. Carolina was also appointed as the Integration Manager for the Gemplus-Axalto merger. During their time at Gemalto, they served as the Americas Business Planning and Customer Service Director, overseeing the operational side of sales forecast for North and South America. Carolina later became the WW Director Customer Service and Card Management Operations, responsible for transforming multiple small organizations into one global support team. In 2018, Martinez joined Versasec as the Director of US Operations and was later promoted to Vice President Americas - General Manager. Carolina'sexpertise lies in customer satisfaction, technical customization, order management, and supply chain operations.

Carolina Martinez attended Colegio Teresiano La Castellana from 1981 to 1987. Afterward, they pursued their education at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1987 to 1994, although the specific degree and field of study remain unknown.
