Brianna Fraser

Brianna Fraser is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a People & Culture Generalist at Versaterm since November 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing the employee experience and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Previously, Brianna held various roles at Invest Ottawa from April 2019 to November 2023, including Talent Attraction Strategist and Manager of Talent Strategy, focusing on developing staffing strategies and enhancing the talent acquisition process. Earlier experience includes positions at Keynote Group, PCL Construction, Top Trainers, and Pythian, where Brianna contributed to HR projects, talent sourcing, and administrative support. Brianna obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Ottawa in 2018.
