David Epstein

David Epstein possesses extensive experience in forensic science and laboratory management. Beginning as a Laboratory Technician at Acadiana Criminalistics Laboratory in 1982, Epstein advanced to Forensic Chemist and later served as Laboratory Director, overseeing the technical and administrative functions of a full-service crime laboratory. Epstein's professional trajectory includes roles as Chief Operations Officer at NFSTC, Forensic Consultant at Bright-Line Forensic Sciences, and various technical assessor positions with organizations such as ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board and Emirates International Accreditation Center. Currently, Epstein also holds the position of Business Development Manager at Versaterm and has contributed to forensic science guidance as a volunteer for the Houston Forensic Science Center's Technical Advisory Group. Epstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Central Florida.
