Edward Jordan

Edward Jordan is an accomplished leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Versatope Therapeutics since March 2025, where efforts focus on innovative vaccine and therapeutic development. In addition, Edward holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Xspray Pharma Inc., responsible for leading US commercial operations in preparation for advanced oncology product launches. Previously, Edward was Chief Commercial Officer at Humanigen, Inc., overseeing the development of therapies for cancers and infectious diseases, and served as Senior Vice President for North America at DBV Technologies, where key commercial functions were led. Early career achievements include a role as Senior Vice President for Hematology and Oncology Sales & Marketing at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, driving growth and profitability in product lines. Edward holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
