Nathan Murthy

Nathan Murthy has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nathan is currently the Head of Engineering at Verse, Inc., where they manage a team of engineers developing renewable energy procurement and valuation software. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Verse, Inc. and as a Staff Software Engineer at Stripe. Nathan also has significant experience at Tesla, where they held various roles such as Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on distributed energy management systems. Nathan began their career as a Software Engineer at SolarCity, developing intelligent software for monitoring and controlling distributed solar and storage resources. Nathan has also worked at Wireless Glue Networks, Inc., Fujitsu, and the Banatao Institute at CITRIS in roles related to software engineering and research.

Nathan Murthy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010. Prior to that, they received a high school diploma from Lawrence E. Elkins High School in 2006.
