Dennis Eaton

Dennis Eaton, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Verse.ai, where responsibilities include leading qualification processes using proprietary AI combined with engaged human Concierges across various industries. Previously, Dennis held the position of Senior Director for the Western U.S. at ADP, managing operations in California and Hawaii. Dennis has extensive experience in operations, business development, and talent management, having served in leadership roles at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., Sigma Systems, and Convergys. Earlier career positions include Regional Escalation Manager at Oracle, Senior Financial Specialist at Lockheed Martin, and roles in retail operations management at Nike and Walt Disney World. Dennis holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
