Justin Cavenagh

Justin Cavenagh is a skilled professional in user experience research and product management, currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at Split Atom Labs since July 2024. There, Justin focuses on creating accessible gaming experiences for users with low vision or blindness, particularly through user research for the game "Land of Livia." Prior to this role, Justin was a Product Manager and Strategist at SixSix, where strategic product development was achieved through a client-embedded approach. Justin's extensive experience at Afterpay included various roles such as Project and Service Manager for health claiming and payments, where Justin helped deliver payment solutions for major clients, and Service Delivery Manager, optimizing services for key business clients. Justin has also held management positions in customer service and worked in call center operations, showcasing a strong background in customer engagement and operational excellence. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Music in Composition from Box Hill Institute of TAFE and certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
