Michael Saba

Michael Saba is a dedicated People Business Partner with experience in employee relations and diversity and inclusion, currently leading projects at Versent. Previously, they worked at GHD, managing complex employee relations matters and collaborating with senior managers to implement HR strategies. Michael has also held roles at Cochlear, Bupa, and Recovery Partners Australia, contributing to HR and workplace health and safety initiatives. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney.
