Jamil Garcia

Jamil Garcia has over 25 years of experience in financial and accounting roles. Jamil began their career in 1995 as an Accounting and Internal-Process Auditor at Terco. Jamil then moved to Itau Personnalit\u00e9 in 1997, where they worked as a Commercial Manager. In 1999, they joined Philips as a Regional Business Controller, then becoming the Latin America Regional Consolidation and Reporting Controller and Treasury Dealer. In 2008, they were appointed CFO Brazil at Neoris do Brasil Ltd, and in 2010 they were hired as the Administrative and Financial Director at Prosegur do Brazil. In 2017, they opened their own company, Controllership.br, where they served as Owner & Financial Consultant. In 2019, they took on the role of Group CFO at YDX Innovation, and in 2021 they were hired as Controller at VERSES.
