Ralph Reefke

Ralph Reefke has extensive work experience in the technology field. Ralph has held various leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Versett, where they are currently serving as the Head of Engineering. Prior to their current role, Ralph worked as the Principal at 2 Tin Cans and as the Chief Technology Officer at Rent Panda.

Before that, they served as the Director of Technology at Achiga, where they played a significant role in redesigning the technical infrastructure of their flagship product. Ralph also worked as the VP of Technology & Innovation at BIMM and as the Group Technology Director at Critical Mass, where they led their respective technology teams and contributed to improving the DevOps practice.

Additionally, Ralph has experience as the Founder and President of their own startup, 2 Tin Cans, and as the Director of Technology and Innovation at Dashboard. Ralph started their career as a Developer at McCann Canada and also worked as a freelance Developer for various clients.
