Richard Foster

Richard Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, consulting, and wellness initiatives. As Co-Owner of the South Wales Wellness Show since April 2022, Richard focuses on empowering individuals to take charge of their health. Richard also co-founded Calon Lân Healing in 2020, offering diverse services such as hypnotherapy and shamanic retreats. In the technology sector, Richard holds the position of Senior Consultant at Version 1 and has previously served as Technical Director at DMSG Ltd and Infrastructure and Cloud Consultant at the DVLA. The earlier career includes roles in operations and development at eLINIA WebServices and database management at the DVLA. Richard earned a degree in Information Technology and Computing with Honours from The Open University between 2002 and 2006.
