Mauro M. Rizzi

Mauro M. Rizzi has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry.

Mauro M. started their career at Microsoft in 1995 as a localizer before becoming a software development engineer, working on localized versions of Internet Explorer, Outlook, and NetMeeting. Mauro M. then transitioned into program management roles, where they were responsible for the internationalization of MSN Hotmail and supporting the globalization development team. Mauro M. also served as the international program manager for the release of localized versions of Hotmail in different languages.

From 2004 to 2014, Mauro worked at Microsoft as a senior program manager, focusing on the Windows Phone Field Enablement program. Mauro M. managed relationships with mobile carriers and OEMs, ensuring the commercialization of their mobile phones and devices. Mauro M. also acted as the main point of contact for external partners, working on integration projects and coordinating with internal teams for the timely delivery of services.

In 2014, Mauro joined Sensoria Inc as a senior manager, overseeing the Sensoria Fitness consumer software and smart wearables/IoT products. Mauro M. was responsible for the full product lifecycle, from vision to partner management, and worked on fitness and health-related applications for mobile and web platforms.

In 2016, Mauro worked at UIEvolution, Inc as a senior program manager, focusing on automotive application development. Mauro M. managed external partnerships and customer relationships, particularly with Toyota and Telenav, ensuring project delivery and meeting quality expectations.

Since 2017, Mauro has been working at Versium, where they have held various roles. Mauro M. started as a principal program manager, driving product development utilizing big data, predictive machine learning AI, and data science for sales and marketing scenarios. Mauro M. then became the director of software development, leading an engineering team and prioritizing product development aligned with business requirements. Currently, they hold the position of senior director of engineering at Versium.

Mauro M. Rizzi completed their education from 1981 to 1985 at ITIS A. Badoni, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In March 1996, they attained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.
