Karl Nolte

Karl Nolte has extensive experience in the chemical industry, particularly in operations and plant management roles. Karl began their career at Air Products in 1998, where they served as a Plant Manager responsible for overseeing the operations of a High Purity Specialty Chemicals Plant supporting the Electronics Industry. Their focus was on High Purity Process Chemicals and Stripping Compounds. In 2007, Karl joined Versum Materials as a Plant Manager, a position they held until February 2019. At Versum Materials, they were then promoted to Operations Director.

Karl Nolte completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Penn State University from 1986 to 1990. Karl then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Operations Management and Supervision at Drexel University from 1990 to 1996.
