Jian Song

Jian SONG is an experienced professional in electronics and software development, currently serving as the Head of Electronics & Software Development at Versuni since July 2021, focusing on Philips Garment Care products. Prior to this role, Jian held the position of R&D Manager at LITE-ON from July 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included new technology research for ADAS and automotive motor control products, as well as improving firmware development processes. From August 2012 to July 2017, Jian worked as a Senior R&D Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz, specializing in customization, new technology scanning, and measurement uncertainty characterization. Earlier career experience includes a Technical Support Engineer role at Fujitsu Singapore from December 2008 to August 2012, providing hardware and software support for image scanners. Jian holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2016.
