Joyce Tielen

Joyce Tielen currently serves as a City Council Member for D66 Peel & Maas and as a Global Export Control Manager at Philips Domestic Appliances, both positions held since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Specialist in Trade Compliance Risk Management for EMEA at Arrow Electronics from December 2019 to March 2022, Operations Coordinator at NUMIDIA BV from August 2017 to September 2018, and Senior Sales Associate at AdvaCare Pharmaceuticals from June 2016 to July 2017. Joyce Tielen holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leeds (2018-2019) and multiple degrees including a Bachelor's in International Business and Languages from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (2011-2015) and a Bachelor's in Business in China from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (2014). Additional educational experiences include studies at Fudan University and Universidad de Alcalá, along with a high school diploma in Economie en Management from Bouwens van der Boijecollege.
