Siddharth Nair

Siddharth Nair currently serves as the India HR Lead at Versuni, overseeing Human Resources for Philips Domestic Appliances in India. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Leader and Business HR Head at ReNew, a leading renewable energy company in India, and as People Business Leader for Compass Group India, where responsibilities spanned talent management and acquisition. Siddharth began his career as a Consultant at KPMG, contributing to various HR projects, and held software engineering positions at Infosys.
