Ashley Johnson, CPA, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Ashley most recently worked as the Director of Fund Financial Operations at Versus Capital Advisors starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they were the Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. from April 2021 to November 2023. Ashley also held the position of Manager, Fiduciary Services at Broadridge from October 2020 to April 2021. Ashley's earlier roles include Manager, Fund Treasury and Sr. Analyst, Treasury Oversight at OppenheimerFunds from 2012 to 2020. Ashley has also worked as a Fund Administrator at Old Mutual Capital from 2010 to 2012 and as a Senior Fund Accountant and Fund Accountant at ALPS, A DST Company from 2008 to 2010.

Ashley Johnson, CPA received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Colorado State University, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Ashley is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
