Andy Mickelson

Andy Mickelson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andy started their career at AuthorHouse, Inc. as a Book Order Specialist, where they focused on processing book orders and maintaining administrative work. Andy then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Professional Staffing, where they identified potential candidates for IT positions and placed them within local companies. Mickelson then moved on to Banks Hardwoods, where they served as a Plant Supervisor.

After that, they joined Intuit, first as an Internet Product Support Specialist, conducting calls and developing customer service solutions. Andy then worked as a Design Services Supervisor, overseeing a cross-functional team and serving as the primary point of contact for customer escalations. Later, Mickelson became the Design Services Department Manager & Supportability Manager, leading a team and managing sales. Lastly, they served as the Sr. Manager of Customer Service, supervising website developers and SEO consultants and overseeing critical procedures and systems.
