Heidi Blashaw

Heidi Blashaw is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Vertafore since February 2022, Heidi previously held several prominent roles at UDR from May 2015 to February 2022, including Director of Compensation and Benefits and Director of Payroll & Benefits. Prior to UDR, Heidi worked at Acme Manufacturing Company, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR policies and compliance across multiple locations. Additional experience includes HR Total Rewards and HRIS Manager at the Credit Union of Colorado, Regional HR Manager at IES, and Regional Human Resources Manager at The SYGMA Network. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Regis University.
