Keith Buet

Keith Buet is the current Chief Operating Officer at Vertas Group Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Director for the Health and Integrated Facilities Management Sector for Serco Middle East from February 2014 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the implementation of Serco compliance and strategies, as well as working with the Contract Managers to maintain market-leading levels of service delivery. Keith also has experience in developing and growing businesses organically, building strong stakeholder relationships, and winning new contracts.

From April 2004 to December 2010, Keith served as Transition Director for Direct Services at Serco. In this role, they reviewed transition projects across division and assisted in mobilizing health and environmental contracts. Keith also played a key role in business development and winning new contracts by working with clients early in the bid stage.

From July 2011 to December 2013, Keith served as Services Director for Fiona Stanley Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and operation of the hospital, including but not limited to patient care, staffing, finances, and facilities.

Lastly, from January 2010 to July 2011, Keith served as mobilisation and Business Excellence Director at Serco SIS. In this role, they were responsible for leading the mobilisation of new contracts and ensuring that they met all quality and performance standards.

Keith Buet started their education with 10 O levels in varied fields from King Edward V1 Chelmsford. Keith then went on to study Hospitality Management at Colchester Institute, where they earned an OND in International Hospitality Management.

They work with and Jamie Smith - Chief Finance Officer. Their manager is Ian Surtees, CEO.
