Santos Bunachita has extensive experience in various HR roles. Santos most recently served as the President of A7 Recruitment Corporation. Prior to that, they held positions including HR Director at Vertere Global Solutions, Inc., HR Director at Kforce Global Solutions, Inc., Country HR Head at AES Philippines, AVP Human Resources at PASAR, HR Business Partner at Globe Telecom, and HR Manager at DIPSSCOR (ICTSI Group). Santos began their career at Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines as a Labor Relations and Compensation Officer.

Santos Bunachita obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Ateneo de Manila University between 1991 and 1995.
