Andrew Walker is the Co-Founder and CEO of Verteva. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, financial structuring, M&A, and turnaround management.

Walker started their career at Radius Capital Partners, where they worked for 5 years as a Managing Director and Independent Advisor. Andrew then moved to Westpac Group, where they spent 6 years as the GM of Wealth Reset and Integration. In this role, they were responsible for leading the transformation, strategic reset, and integration of BT into Westpac Group.

In November 2019, Walker co-founded Verteva, a company that provides software and services to help businesses with their mergers and acquisitions. Under Walker's leadership, Verteva has helped countless businesses navigate the complex world of M&A.

Andrew Walker has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Economy from The University of Auckland.
