Beth C. is an experienced business consultant with a strong focus on talent development, leadership, ethics, and human resources. Currently at Vertex Advisors Group since April 2021, Beth drives transformative growth and innovation for industry-leading firms. Previously, Beth served as Head of Operations and Human Resources at ThalamusGME, building HR operations and procedures, and held the role of Americas Director of People at White & Case LLP, advising on People-based programs across regions. Beth's experience also includes positions as Chief Lateral Recruiting Officer at Bryan Cave and Director of Attorney Recruiting and Talent Development at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where responsibilities encompassed strategic recruiting and professional development initiatives. Beth holds an Executive Masters in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia State University.
