Raghubir Singh Sandhu

Raghubir Singh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR strategy development, employee relations, and operational management. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources & Development at Vertex Infosoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd since October 2013, Raghubir has been instrumental in implementing HR policies and advising employees on compensation and benefits. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Assistant Manager - HR, HR cum Operations Incharge, and Office Administrator at FACT - IT Services from August 2007 to October 2013, where Raghubir was responsible for overall HR management, training, payroll, and day-to-day office operations.
