Ivan Kousidis

Ivan Kousidis is an experienced professional in engineering and operations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Capital Projects at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since July 2021 and as the Senior Director of GxP Operations and Engineering at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since April 2020. Prior to these roles, Ivan Kousidis held the position of Corporate Vice President at Charles River Laboratories from June 2007 to April 2020, overseeing real estate, engineering, and environmental health and safety. Ivan Kousidis began the career as a Senior Associate at RG Vanderweil from January 1994 to January 2007 and worked as an HVAC Technician at Peter's Refrigeration from January 1987 to January 1989. Ivan Kousidis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained in 1994.
