Jesse Jones

Jesse Jones currently serves as the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff at Ipsen, following a tenure as the Head of US Commercial Training and Development at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where Jesse led the development of competency-based training programs for over 250 customer-facing roles. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Alkermes, where Jesse managed the US Sales for the Addiction Franchise, achieving $170M in net sales and spearheading strategic marketing initiatives. Jesse’s career began in sales with Pfizer and Cephalon, consistently surpassing quotas and earning recognition for exceptional performance. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego.
