Jon Coughlin

Jon Coughlin serves as the Senior Director of US Marketing at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since January 2022, leading the US brand for an investigational triple combination therapy for Cystic Fibrosis. Previously, Jon held the position of Director of US Marketing, overseeing marketing for various Cystic Fibrosis therapies. Prior experience at Biogen spanned nearly eight years in various roles, including Director of Payer & Channel Marketing for Rare Diseases and Associate Director positions in Payer & Channel and Field Marketing. Jon began a career in consulting with Deloitte and has interns experience at SphynKx Therapeutics and in commercial roles at Biogen. Coughlin holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, Marketing, and Operations from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.
