Kilpatrick Carroll

Kilpatrick Carroll is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Vice President and US Hematology Business Unit Head at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since March 2010. Over the years at Vertex, Kilpatrick has held key roles including Vice President of Global Marketing for Cell and Gene therapy in Hematology, and Sr. Director positions focused on the Cystic Fibrosis franchise, with significant contributions to brands such as Kalydeco and Trikafta. Prior to Vertex, Kilpatrick worked at Campbell Alliance as an Associate Practice Executive, leading consulting teams to support clients in various strategic initiatives.
