Lisa Rachlin

Lisa Rachlin currently serves as Assistant General Counsel & Senior Director of Litigation at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a position held since January 2016, following previous roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel in the same department. Prior to joining Vertex, Lisa Rachlin was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from January 2011 to January 2016. Educational credentials include a JD with Honors from the University of Chicago Law School (2007-2010), a Master's degree in Music Performance from The University of Texas at Austin (2002-2004), and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Performance and English from Carnegie Mellon University (1998-2002).
