Mareshia Donald

Mareshia Donald, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Talent Management and the Director, Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, demonstrating expertise in leadership and organizational management. Previous roles include Associate Director for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity as an ID&E Business Partner at Vertex, and various positions focused on education and diversity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including Instructor for the Kaufman Teaching Certificate Program and Education and Diversity Program Manager within the Department of Biological Engineering. Mareshia has also contributed to Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research as a Program Manager and Scientific Programs Manager, highlighting a commitment to academic partnerships and diversity initiatives. Additionally, Mareshia was the Programming Director for the Women in Science Initiative at Brandeis University. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Brandeis University and a BA in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
