Mike Demeo

Mike DeMeo currently serves as Senior Director of Global Commercial Strategy for Pipeline in Genetic Kidney Disease at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a position held since 2022. Previously, Mike worked at Takeda from 2018 to 2022, where roles included Director of Pre-Launch Global Brand Lead for Transplant and Global Brand Lead for Hemophilia A. Prior experience includes positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where Mike advanced from Senior Manager to Associate Director in Global Marketing for PNH, and marketing roles at Novo Nordisk and Pfizer, where Mike held various sales and leadership responsibilities. Educational qualifications comprise a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Management from Tulane University.
