Minson Baek

Minson Baek is a highly experienced Senior Principal Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on formulation and preformulation development for cystic fibrosis projects. Baek has expertise in form support through GLP, FIH, and POC studies, and has successfully managed global collaborations across DMPK, formulation, and clinical development. Previous roles at Ionis Pharmaceuticals and KFDA highlight a strong background in bioanalytical method development and regulatory review, while earlier research experience at KIST involved extensive work in pharmacokinetics and ADME studies.
