Nicole Granger

Nicole Granger possesses extensive experience in patient support operations and case management, currently serving as a Patient Support Operations Manager at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since March 2020. Prior roles include Patient Support Operations Sr Specialist and Patient Support Specialist at the same company. Before joining Vertex, Nicole held positions at Springwell, Inc. as Case Manager Team Leader and Case Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Imagine! as Supported Living Services Case Manager and Respite Care, an internship at Challenge Aspen, and a Case Manager Intern position at Youth Consultation Service (YCS). Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University, complemented by time at the University of Otago in 2014.
