Penelope Xanthakis

Penelope Xanthakis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and business planning. Currently serving as the Director of Small Molecule Commercial Supply Chain - Pain at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since March 2023, Penelope also held the position of Associate Director in the commercial supply chain. Prior to this role, a significant career was developed at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., spanning nearly a decade with roles including Director of Procurement Solutions and Director of Responsible Sourcing. Additional experiences include a directorship at National Grid and a prior tenure at Deloitte as Audit In Charge. After a period as a stay-at-home parent, during which relocation to France was managed, Penelope has returned to the US, poised to advance in the next chapter of a dynamic career. Penelope holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
