Sean Monaco is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in revenue accounting and management. Currently serving as the Revenue Accounting Manager at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since September 2025, Sean previously held key positions at Haemonetics as Manager of North America Revenue and Senior Accountant. Prior experience includes roles as an Assurance Associate at PwC and various positions in business analysis and project management at Sunergix, Inc. and PixelEdge. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Amherst College and a Master’s degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Sean has demonstrated expertise in business functions, financial reporting, and operational improvements throughout a diverse career spanning over a decade.
