Thalia Farietta

Thalia Farietta, PhD, has extensive experience in epidemiology and patient safety, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Patient Safety Epidemiology at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since September 2019. Prior roles include Epidemiology Senior Manager in Global Patient Safety, Research Project Coordinator and Team Lead at Yale New Haven Hospital, and Research Specialist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Thalia's academic background includes a PhD in Epidemiology from The Ohio State University, complemented by an MS in Epidemiology from the same institution and a BA in Psychology, Public Health, and Statistics from Boston University.
