Theresa Ferreira

Theresa Ferreira is an experienced administrative professional with a background in executive support, sales administration, and customer service. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at PDS Tech, Inc. since July 2017, Theresa previously held multiple roles at VERTEX, Inc., including Executive Admin and Sales Admin, working closely with the President and supporting operational functions. With prior experience as an Executive Assistant at Ebix Consulting and a coordination role at CIGNA Healthcare, Theresa has developed a strong skill set in managing data, facilitating communication, and leading training sessions. Theresa holds a BA in Spanish and Theatre Arts from Wells College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Hartford.
