Mr. Russell is the Director of Growth Strategy for VERTEX in the Project Advisory Group. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College in Boston, Massachusetts. He has a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors license (unlimited). Mr. Russell is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, creating a roadmap for growth, and executing the plan to achieve business objectives.

His journey in the construction and development industry began in 1990, and he has since worked on a wide range of projects, from small-scale residential developments to large commercial construction projects. He is highly skilled in all aspects of development, from feasibility studies to project design, construction, and delivery.
