Jennifer has previously held significant roles, including Senior Director & Global Total Rewards Lead at Nordic Global and AVP of Compensation for North America at Genpact, where they directed compensation strategies for thousands of employees across multiple countries. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
